Easy Italian Salad with Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 can peas
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Belmorso Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 lt
- salt, pepper and oregano
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes, the carrots and the eggs.
- Peel and chop them into a bowl.
- Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Drizzle some Belmorso EVOO.
- Drain and add the peas.
- Add the mayonnaise, mix and refrigerate until serving time.
