Instructions
Pre-boil your eggs so they are hard.
Cut all your hams and cheese into cubes, except for the parmesan.
Season your passata with oregano and add a teaspoon Belmorso EVOO.
Peel and cut the eggs, once cool, and add them to the bowl with the hams and cheese. Mix well.
Roll open your pizza sheets, and cut each in half.
Spread some passata in the center. Alternatively, you can add a few dollops on top of the ingredients later.
Add the filling to the centre of each pizza sheet half.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Roll the sides until each pizza sheet is closed well. You can use a fork to help yourself.
Cut your rolls into about 3 fingers thickness. Or cut them after you've baked them.
Pre-heat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
PS: We are not adding any seasoning, other than oregano, because the hams and cheeses - especially the salami, are very salty.
