No Bake Almond Butter Bars

Indulge in the irresistible goodness of no-bake almond butter bars. These delicious and easy-to-make bars are a perfect blend of creamy almond butter, oats, and sweetness, creating a wholesome treat for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp Belmorso 100% Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp good quality honey
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 100 gr oats
  • optional protein powder of your choice
  • 2 handfuls roasted almonds
  • dried cherries or your favourite dried fruit

Method
 

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the honey, together in a bowl. Leave some roasted almonds and cherries for later.
  2. Press into a baking dish covered with parchment paper.
  3. Top with the extra nuts and dried cherries.
  4. Drizzle the honey on top.
  5. Refrigerate overnight, or freeze for a couple hours, depending on the desired texture.
  6. When ready take out of the fridge or freezer, and cut into 8 pieces with a big knife.
  7. I suggest storing them into individually wrapped portions, especially if you plan to freeze them. I used parchment paper to wrap mine.
