Have you been hearing about Dubai chocolate left and right and want to try making something similar yourself. If so, this recipe is for you. It features the crunch, the pistachio spread, and the chocolate. Yet, it’s healthier and easier to make. Our recipe is perfect for a kids afternoon snack, and equally great as an adult afternoon pick me up. You can make it protein-rich, or extra indulgent – we’ll show you both ways.
Pistachio balls are the perfect snack for kids and adults alike. They are tasty, healthy and easy to prepare. They also store well in the fridge and freezer. Try our simple but delicious recipe, inspired by the trending Dubai Chocolate.
I have stored mine in the freezer, and took them out 20 minutes before eating them.
I suggest keeping them in the freezer for no longer than 2 weeks, well sealed. If storing them in the fridge, consume them within 4 days.
Give them to your kids with a glass of milk, or enjoy them with a cup of tea, or a coffee for breakfast, snack or dessert.
Save this for later. and come back, as this is the first of many Italian Pistachio Desserts we are posting this Spring and Summer.
