Easy Mascarpone Pasta Bake

Do you love red pasta sauces?
If you answered yes, even just once, you should try this recipe.
Today, we are making a small pasta bake. Don’t worry, it’s not the dish or protion size that’s small, but the pasta shape.
We are using our Tubetti pasta to make a cozy pasta dish that’s perfect all year round, but especially going into Fall.
To make it you will need the new Belmorso Mascarpone Sauce, and the tubetti pasta I just mentioned.
Mascarpone Pasta Bake Recipe
Gather the ingredients and let’s make it together.
200 gr tubetti pasta
half a bottle Mascarpone sauce
1 onion
grated parmesan
shredded mozzarella
bacon cubes or cubed ham
2 hard boiled eggs
Belmorso EVOO
Boil the eggs.
Cook the pasta.
In the meantime, chop the onion and stir fry it in a pan with the bacon and a drizzle of EVOO.
Drain the pasta and add it to the oiled dish.
Add the mascarpone sauce and mix.
Add the stir fried onion and bacon.
Add the eggs chopped and mix.
Sprinkle the parmesan and mozzarella.
Top with some mixed Italian herbs.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with a drizzle of EVOO.
