Ray Collier Butchers was established in Howth in October 1992. We are in the heart of the village on the Howth Peninsula in north county Dublin. Ray Collier has over 36 years in the meat trade and has developed a discerning eye for good quality meat, combined with attractive display and good service.
All our products are Irish, and our aim is to provide our customers with top quality meat and poultry locally sourced from Irish farms ensuring complete traceability, supporting Irish jobs and businesses.
