Belmorso Italian Gourmet – Spinach Olive Leaves Pasta

Belmorso Foglie d’Ulivo is a durum wheat pasta in the shape of an olive leaf. This pasta is blended with spinach and makes a delicious dish when prepared with a tomato sauce or fresh tomato, basil and Cacioricotta cheese.

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, add salt and the pasta. Cook the pasta, drain and dress with one of our delicious sauces or pesto’s. Cooking time: 12-15 mins.
