Healthy Chicken With Olive Oil Marinade

- 1 garlic press
- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
- 1 small bowl
- 1 baking dish

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts filleted 700 gr
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp EVOO
- 1 lemon
- Italian mixed herbs
- fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare your chicken with olive oil marinade as follows:Press the garlic or mince it with a knife, whichever you prefer. Add it to the bowl.Add the Belmorso Extra Virgin Olive Oil.Add the mixed Italian herbs, how much you prefer. I suggest at least a teaspoon.Mix everything well and set aside.
- Season your chicken with salt and pepper.
- Top with the marinade. You can do this and bake it immediately, you can leave it a few hrs in the fridge, or overnight.
- When you are ready to cook your chicken, bake it in the oven. I prefer to layer mine over kitchen foil. I cook it in the lower level so it stays moist. That involves slow cooking it at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
- When the chicken with olive oil is ready, take it out of the oven, and top it with some fresh squeezed lemon juice and chopped parsley.Serve with your favourite side. It can be a salad, some rice, grilled vegetables, or even roasted potatoes. You can check out the sides ideas below!
