Easy Nutella Crepe Recipe
Never made a crepe at home? Or maybe you did but it’s been ages, and you’d like some guidance.
Either way, here’s our easy recipe.
We are using our Healthy Nutella Spread to top it, but we also suggest adding a drizzle of our Sweet & Smooth Pistachio Spread. It’s perfect for those of you who like Dubai chocolate style treats. You can even add the crunch with a few nuts of your choice, or some crumbled cookies. It’s a treat after all!
How To Make Healthy Nutella Crepes At Home
Ingredients
This makes 14 medium-sized crepes.
- 3 eggs
- 250 gr 00 flour
- 500 ml milk
- 40 gr butter


How to make them
- Mix the ingredients to make the batter. We like to start with the liquid ingredients, and then slowly mix in the flour.
- Once your crepes batter is ready, use one ladle and pour it into your hot pan.
- Leave it to cook for a couple of minutes, and then flip it to finish cooking on the other side.
- Repeat until you’ve used all your batter.
- Spread your crepes with our healthy nutella or our sweet pistachio spread. We also have a healthy high protein pistachio spread too!
- We also added some fresh cream and a few blueberries. You can replace the fresh cream with a dollop of Greek yogurt, if you prefer.
