Superfood Celery Salad With Mushrooms
Looking for a new way to eat your celery? If so, here’s a quick side dish you can enjoy all year round. It’s great whether you love celery or want to eat more of it because you have learned it’s a powerhouse for nutrients.

Italian Celery and Mushrooms Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 g di field mushrooms or champignon (like portobello)
- 2 stalks celery
- Belmorso IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- Belmorso Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 lt
- Salt and pepper to taste


How To Make It
Note: This is a raw recipe, but if you don’t like the idea of eating either the celery or the mushrooms raw, you can sauté one or both of these ingredients.
- Wash and peel your mushrooms. Slice them fairly thin, or to your preference.
- Wash the celery well, and cut into small pieces.
- Mix both into a salad bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle both the Belmorso EVOO and Balsamic, as much as you like. We suggest starting with 3 to 4 tablespoons EVOO and 1.5 to 2 tablespoons balsamic.
