Belmorso Italian Gourmet – Red Pesto

The Belmorso Red Pesto is a nice alternative to green pesto, this sauce has all the sweet, rich flavour of tomatoes but with a subtle nutty twist.

  • Its high quality ingredients make it an exceptional pasta sauce, but also a spread, and a condiment for cooking.
  • For a healthy nutritious quick and easy meal, this sauce is ideal with Wholemeal Trofie or Orecchiette pasta.

Heat sauce slowly in a saucepan, mix it with pasta, and serve. Also great as:

  1. A sauce for meat or fish dishes
  2. A spread on tarallini, bruschetta or crostini
  3. A spread on crackers and breads
  4. A dip for party finger food
  5. A sandwich filler
  6. An ingredient in salad dressings, stews and soups
  7. It is fantastic with scrambled eggs
  8. It’s delicious if mixed with some fresh ricotta cheese, and used to stuff ravioli or vol-au-vents
