Pan Cooked Chicken With Pistachio Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 slices chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Belmorso Pistachio Pesto
- 150 ml cooking cream
- salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- a few cherry tomatoes
- Belmorso EVOO
- 2 tablespoon flour

How to make it
- Season the chicken fillets and dust each side with flour.
- Cook both sides of the chicken breast in a pan using some olive oil. Once ready remove from the pan and set aside.
- Mix the cooking cream and the pistachio pesto in the same pan, and leave to cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the chicken you previously cooked back in the pan with the pistachio sauce, lower the heat, cover with a lid, and leave to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook the cherry tomatoes and garlic in a separate pan, and serve alongside the chicken with cream of pistachio.
