Let’s make it together.
Italian Baked Pasta With Meatballs – Easy Recipe
Serves two people
Ingredients:
250 gr small meatballs (you can buy them ready or make them yourself)
Belmorso Tomato & Chilli Sauce or Belmorso Tomato & Basil (depending on whether you like it spicy or not)
A large handful of grated parmesan cheese
A few slices of regular or smoked Scamorza cheese
How To Make It:
Start by cooking the pasta half way through, as it will finish cooking in the oven.
Drain it and dress it with the tomato sauce of your choice. Mix well.
Take a baking dish and layer the pasta.
Top with the small meatballs, the slices of scamorza cheese, and the grated parmesan.
You can do just one layer, or two, whichever you prefer.
Bake the pasta in a preheated overn at 250 degrees Celsius. Place it at the top of the oven so it gets slightly crusty on top. But if you prefer a softer surface, place it at the bottom of the oven and lower the temperature slightly.
Take out of the oven, let it cool shortly, and serve it.
Enjoy.
