Pinsa with Pancetta & Mushrooms
Did you hear we launched our own Gourmet Belmorso Pizza & Pinsa Sauces?
Last week, we showed you how to use the Olive Oil & Basil flavour to make a delicious pinsa or pizza at home. If you missed that recipe, or want to see it again, here it is – Pinsa Recipe with Mortadella & Stracciatella.
Today, we are making a different one. This one features the spicy Peppers & Chilli Pinsa & Pizza Sauce.
Let’s make it together.
Ingredients
1 pinsa or more (or replace with your favourite pizza dough)
Belmorso Amazing Pepers & Chilli Pinsa Sauce
a few fresh Portobello mushrooms
scamorza cheese or mozzarella
a few pancetta slices

Steps
Add your pinsa to a baking dish. Feel free to layer it with parchment paper.
Top the pinsa with a few tablespoons Belmorso Peppers & Chilli Sauce for pizza.
Start adding the rest of ingredients in your favourite order. We like to start with the pancetta, then add the sliced cheese, and finish with the mushrooms sliced.
Feel free to add your favourite Italian herbs.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or so.
Take out of the oven and enjoy with a drizzle of Belmorso EVOO.
