Gigli Conditi is a celebration of Italian artisan pasta-making. Named after the lily flower that inspired its shape, this multicolour pasta is made with a blend of natural ingredients — spinach, tomato, red chard, turmeric, mushroom and squid ink — giving it a vivid rainbow of colours that brightens any table.
The fluted, trumpet-like shape of gigli creates excellent ridges for catching thick sauces. Whether you go for a rich meat ragù, a creamy cheese sauce, or a simple tomato and basil, the gigli holds it all beautifully. Bronze-die extruded for that authentic rough texture.
