Strozzapreti Tris Pasta

Strozzapreti Tris is our colourful take on a classic pasta from Emilia-Romagna. The name translates as “strangled priest” — a playful nod to the fierce anti-clerical spirit of the Romagna people when the region was under Papal rule in past centuries. History in every bite.

The twisted, elongated shape creates natural channels for thick sauces to nestle into. Whether you go for a slow-cooked meat ragù, a rich vegetable sauce, or a creamy cheese preparation, the strozzapreti holds it all beautifully. The tri-colour version adds visual drama to the plate.

  • Vivid tri-colour pasta with natural colour ingredients
  • Ideal for rich meat ragù and chunky vegetable sauces
  • Made with artisan slow-drying techniques in Italy
