Belmorso Sicilian Pistachio Spread is made with 45% Sicilian pistachios from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna — a growing environment that gives these pistachios a richer, more intense flavour than varieties from anywhere else in the world. The result is a beautifully creamy, naturally sweet spread with a depth of pistachio flavour that is genuinely exceptional.

It is gluten-free and versatile enough to work from breakfast toast to elaborate desserts. Once you try it, standard pistachio spreads will taste flat by comparison.

Use it

  • Spread generously on toast, croissants or toasted panettone
  • As a filling for sponge cakes, cream puffs, tarts or macarons
