All the character of our classic Orecchiette, now in a wholegrain version that brings extra fibre and a richer, earthier flavour. The shape remains the same — those small concave discs with their variable soft-and-chewy texture — but the wholemeal durum wheat adds depth that pairs beautifully with robust, gutsy sauces.
Made for the classic Pugliese combination of cime di rapa and anchovy, it’s also excellent with our Cannonata, a simple tomato and olive oil sauce, or even in a baked pasta dish.

Cooking Instructions
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 12–15 minutes. Drain and dress with your favourite sauce.
