Fettucce Pasta

Fettucce are the wider, more generous cousin of fettuccine — long, flat ribbons that take their name from fetta, the Italian word for slice. Where fettuccine is delicate, fettucce is bold. The extra width means more surface area, more sauce, more flavour in every mouthful.

Our Gragnano IGP Fettucce are made by Pastai Gragnanesi with the same bronze-die extrusion and slow-drying methods that make every pasta from this cooperative genuinely superior. They’re exceptional with cream-based sauces, truffle, wild mushroom or a slow-cooked meat ragù.

  • Wide flat ribbon pasta — broader than fettuccine for more sauce in every bite
  • Gragnano IGP certified, slow-dried and bronze-die extruded
  • Outstanding with creamy, mushroom, truffle or meat ragù sauces
  • A more impressive alternative to everyday fettuccine
