Belmorso Pinsa and Pizza Sauce with Pecorino and Tomato brings the sharp, salty character of Italian Pecorino Romano together with a rich tomato base to create a pizza sauce with real depth. This is the kind of sauce that makes a simple margherita extraordinary — the Pecorino adds a savoury, slightly tangy note that amplifies everything on top of it.

It pairs particularly well with more delicate toppings that benefit from the extra flavour the base provides — fresh mozzarella, courgette, prosciutto cotto or simple roasted vegetables.
