Belmorso Italian Gourmet – Frucidd Pasta

Belmorso Frucidd are a distinctive Calabrian type of pasta. They’re about 10cm long a characteristic that gives them an interestingly variable texture. 

  • A less know pasta shape, perfect for impressing guests
  • Ideal for tomato and vegetable-based sauces.
  • Also delicious with mushrooms and sausage rich sauces.

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, add salt and the pasta. Cook the pasta, drain and dress with one of our delicious sauces or pesto’s. Cooking time: 12-15 mins.
