- 600 g white flour
- a pinch of salt

How to make them

- Break it into smaller pieces and create long cylinders, about 10 cm long and 1 cm thick.
- Twist those cylinders into a circle and tuck in the leftover dough.
- Repeat until you’ve used all your dough and lay all the taralli on a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and crunchy.
- Leave to cool before serving.
- You can also store these into the freezer.
