Healthy Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
- 150 g wholemeal biscuits (or any biscuits you prefer)
- 280 g Belmorso Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Cream
- 200 g cream cheese like Philadelphia (we are using lactose free)
- 150 g Greek Yogurt (we’re using low fat)
- 100 ml milk (we’re again using lactose free)
- 10 g gelatin sheets
- 1 teaspoon stevia or your favorite healthy sugar
- Cacao powder, enough for decorating the top



How to make it
- Blitz your biscuits into a blender, or break them into a bag.
- Mix with 30 gr Belmorso chocolate protein spread until well combined.
- Press it onto the bottom of a springform baking dish, using a baking sheet for the bottom. Refrigerate.
- Soak the gelatin in water for 10 minutes following.
- Take a bowl and whisk all these ingredients together: the cream cheese, Greek yogurt and the sweetener of your choice. The result should be very creamy.
- Heat up your milk briefly and add the gelatine to melt.
- Once melted, add the latter to the cream filling you whisked together, and mix until well combined.
- Take out the biscuits base and pour the cream filling on top.
- Heat up the rest of your chocolate protein spread and add it into dollops over the cream filling. Use a toothpick to create a marble effect.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours, and then dust with cacao powder before serving.
