Belmorso Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is a beautifully balanced balsamic with the sweet-sour complexity that only the Modena tradition can produce. The IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) certification means it is made exclusively in Modena or Reggio Emilia with certified Italian grape musts — not a mass-produced imitation.

Rich, glossy and full of depth, it is endlessly versatile: a finishing drizzle over salads, grilled meats, strawberries or Parmigiano is all it takes to understand why this is one of Italy’s most celebrated condiments.

Use it

  • As a salad dressing with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Drizzled over grilled meats, fish or roasted vegetables
  • With fresh strawberries and a little cream
  • Over Parmigiano Reggiano or aged cheeses
  • As a glaze for chicken, salmon or pork

Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains SULPHITES. IGP certified.
