Belmorso Tarallini Finocchio are the aromatic version of our classic tarallini, made with fennel seeds that give each bite a beautiful anise-like warmth. Fennel tarallini are particularly popular in Southern Italy, where the combination of extra virgin olive oil, white wine and fennel has been a beloved snack for generations. A slightly more grown-up, characterful alternative to the traditional version.

Enjoy them

  • As a standalone snack — the fennel aroma is wonderful on its own
  • With soft cheeses, especially ricotta or fresh pecorino
  • Paired with our Cannonata or artichoke pate
  • At aperitivo alongside a glass of white wine
  • Crumbled into a salad for crunch

Ingredients

Soft WHEAT flour type 0, reground durum WHEAT semolina, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil (3%), white wine (contains SULPHITES), salt, fennel seeds (1.5%). Allergen: see ingredients in capital letters. May contain soy and sesame.
