A chunky, flavour-packed spread made from a medley of sun-dried vegetables — tomatoes, artichokes, aubergines, mushrooms, carrots, courgettes and more — it is deeply rooted in the food culture of Puglia and is almost impossible to find outside of the region. Until now.

Our number 2 bestselling product, Cannonata is one of the most versatile things in your kitchen. It is a dip, a pasta sauce, a condiment, a spread and a secret ingredient all in one jar. Once you try it, you’ll always have one in the cupboard.

Ingredients

Mixed vegetables in variable proportion [dried tomatoes, artichokes, chilli pepper, aubergines, mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), carrots, CELERY, spring onions, cucumbers] 75%, sunflower oil, salt, wine vinegar, mixed herbs, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid. For allergens see ingredients in capital letters. May contain tuna, anchovies and lupines.

Storage
