Belmorso Tarallini Tradizionali are the original. These bite-sized crunchy twists from Puglia are made with just a handful of quality ingredients — wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil and white wine — and they are first boiled then baked, which gives them their characteristic light, crisp texture. An award-winning snack that is the perfect healthy alternative to crisps or breadsticks.

At aperitivo time, they are the natural partner to our Cannonata, artichoke dip, olive tapenade or a selection of Italian cheeses. And they make a surprisingly good crouton in soups and salads.
