IGP Platinum – Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Belmorso IGP Platinum Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from aged cooked grape must produced by the Malpighi family and Wine Vinegar aged for a long time in oak French barrels. The ingredients to make such an excellent Modenese product are the climate of Modena, and the selection of excellent raw materials aged in precious wood barrels.

The grapes used are strictly harvested by hand according to the IGP protocol, and come from vineyards located in the Malpighi Estate on the outskirts of Modena.

  • Suitable for veggie salads, raw or cooked vegetables, roast meat, Carpaccio and boiled meat
