Spring Pasta With Green Beans
This is the second pasta recipe in a row dedicated to cooking quick and easy pasta dishes with seasonal produce. We hope it helped you realize that you you can simplify your cooking, while still eating good food – tasty and good for you.
In case, you’d like to try the other recipe, I am listing it here for you:

Easy Pasta Recipe With Green Beans
Ingredients
- 300gr fresh green beans (we call it fagiolino)
- Belmorso Strozzapreti Tris
- Belmorso Neapolitan Tomato and Garlic Sauce
- Belmorso Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 lt
- salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare it
- If you’re using fresh ones, you want to clean your green beans. Alternatively, you can also use them frozen, especially if you are making this recipe when they are not in season.
- Boil them for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on whether you want them to be soft or have a bite.
- In the meantime, you can also boil the water and cook your pasta, or wait for the fagiolino to cook, and use the same pot.
- Take a separate small pot and pour the Neapolitan tomato sauce and let it heat up over low heat, stirring from time to time.
- Once your green beans, and strozzapreti are cooked, all you need to do is mix the two with the garlic tomato sauce you heated up, and serve.
- Don’t forget to add a drizzle of EVOO, and the optional extra seasoning, if you think it needs it (our sauce is already nicely flavoured!).
