IGP Gold – Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Belmorso IGP Gold Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from cooked grapes must. The grapes must and wine vinegar has been aged for a long time in French oak barrels. It has a high density (1,34) and a sweet-sour flavour with fruity shades as well as intense perfume. A product 100% made in Italy. The production cycle from the grapes cultivation to the final product is entirely supervised by the Malpighi Family in Modena.

The grapes used are strictly harvested by hand according to the IGP protocol and come from vineyards located in the Malpighi Estate on the outskirts of Modena.

  • Perfect with Parmesan slivers and pears, strawberries, risotto, scallops meat, foie gras, pumpkin omelettes, Carpaccio meat, fish tartare, raw fish like sushi and sashimi
  • It is also a delicious condiment to add flavour on sauces. Especially for boiled meat, grilled or cooked vegetables, fish or meat dishes, seasoned cheeses , ice-cream and chocolate ganache
