Belmorso Black Olive Tapenade (Pate d’Olive Nere) is a rich, smooth spread made with the finest Italian black olives. It has a beautiful depth of flavour — savoury, slightly bitter, unmistakably Mediterranean — and a velvety consistency that works equally well spread on bread or stirred through pasta.
