Balsamic Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 chopping knife
  • 1 grilling pan
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 tablespoon

Method
 

  1. Start by grilling your chicken. While it cooks you can do the rest of the prep.
  2. Continue by slicing the plums into thin wedges, or however you like them.
  3. Chop the nuts.
  4. Clean the rucola, unless you are using a pre-washed one.
  5. Make your dressing: 2 tablespoons EVOO and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar of Modena. Add some oregano and mix well.
  6. Once your chicken is ready, transfer onto a board, and slice.
  7. You can now assemble your balsamic chicken salad: Start with the rucola.
  8. Add the sliced chicken on top of the rucola. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Then, add the sliced plums.
  10. Next, sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts.
  11. Now, drizzle the balsamic dressing you made.
  12. Finally, add dollops of cottage cheese.
  13. Your balsamic chicken salad recipe is bursting with flavour, ready for you to dig in. Buon appetito.
